its a good feeling, to finally get my own domain and gather all my documented works and outputs in one place and so return the favour back to the sites i've been 'free'skating' with for many years now, --by linking it back to their site. and yes blogspot.com is the number one. ;D.

detour

things happen ;( ;).  my wallet is sad; i;m happy tho'.
yesterday, i am supposed to buy an earphone for my handset, because i broke the old one.
you see, the 2a.m side jabs dead of the night when it is at its best--deathly quiet all around you ( if no one snores, yes..) often its impossible to last it, when there's nothing and no one's around you to cheer you up. i have no t.v--and i meant it  that way ;D, a radio, sound or music from your mobile is but of a big help, a cheerer a long the way to help you last the 2am doings.

no, i wasnt able to purchase the needed headset ;( because the store promptly closes--8 a.m, and i was enamored, sidetracked, and made the great detour mistake towards the supply shop--and there---i got lost. i got disoriented. i was  lame on my decision making, and i bought these instead.

i am now using my son's at the moment... and will post the outcome of the cause of the great detour yesterday, so00on.

pink and blue? why not? lovely marbled glass beads that i am so gaga with at the moment.

custom headdress

custom requests are a great ways to challenge your ideas, and actual application of what you visualize and imagine through paper and pens. you dive and give in to --- the 'whines' and 'demands' of the customer/client/market--because they will pay you. i constantly find myself looking for the balance between 'fine art' 'art philisophy' 'marketing one's art' and many more...

as of now, to straddle between service, and getting paid with my production, cost accounting, art philosophy, is a means to finding an immediate solution to  meet some needs, while discovering and finding 'more' out there 'what' and 'that'-- will finally allow you one day, someday, the things that you love to do most, without having to think anymore of the 'basics'. sigh....

 i have ranted and whined about the hand-stamped made by the rubber stamp maker somewhere in manila, and finally found a way in sprucing about the look of my label--just so because i am maximizing yet the use of this hand-stamp.

i'm almost done wih the ice screams, popsies art pin collections. they will all be sold at a bubble tea shop somewhere out here--close to where i;m planted ;D.

and then, i have recently created few more wrist cuffs. some have statement 'words' on them. they are usually measured: L-6.75-7.75 inches, W- from 2-3.5 inches.

i have done them mostly with multiple adjustments. they are hand-washable, just always dry them quickly. they are all hand-made. hand-piece, stitched  with love!  ;D

no, you cant have enough of any of those ;D

i still have so many shells collected and gathered from last summer's vacay. i have used lots of them already on my works and sold them. however i stumbled on these neatly packed and carefully edited and polished(at a local shop as i do the rounds of 'inspiration' stroll), i-do-not-have-these-type-of-shellies yet-- shelliess to which is: exactly are how the selling point -- affected me; tho' my old gathered and rough shells are still sitting and and gathering dusts  somewhere in the mounds of my hoards ;(

 here are my 'new raw material treasures' ;D while examining them one by one and my head is reeling with with design ideas. above is a washi tape cut from the japs and i am intending it to emebllish further my hand-stamped labels for the art pins i make and sell. on the right are: tofu and sour tomato chili dip and the less acid coffee drink--according to the label.

i sure did miss painting. i mean without any mixture of quilting and sewing thing.

i have immersed myself with stitches and stitching for many years.

yesterday, i took out all my painting paraphernalias and organized them. it will be a long romantic journey again with my brushes, pencils, colours, eco brown papers (i just called them that way, my favourite beside parchment paper because of its discreet texture) and coffee (roasted rice alternate with roasted corn, i am convinced too much caffeine in your system is baaad) enough to create some series of collection. here, i have finished two since sunset yesterday. i will do many of the still life old world charms as theme.i have been fascinated  with these subjects for a long time now. cousins as i see it to shabby chic, shoe string chic, country, rustic, distant to bohemia and ephemeras,  paupery too, --with posture, a good one.

this what i mean when i said---im all lagging behind my work. my pay, frozen.withheld. because i never submitted this---gradesheeeeets on time. because i started this "fabulous meeooow" simultaneaous with the "visual ode to joyce kilmer's--trees, and the tree huggers"(it comes with a pair, havent started it yet--but the grand plan is swimming in my mind)

i am an instructor(in art,the visual). been one for some years now. i need feel to alive. and must actually produce art to express, to have an outlet for these creative overflow of thoughts/ideas in my mind. -- else i die.
