14. rev up that permanent custom sash on some of you tops (still on:1,001 ways you can do with my art pins)

my huge art pins and brooches are not only for the upper front part of your tops or dresses. they are also gorgeous on that permanent sash-like, or is bias cut (?) you have on your tops or dress as design or style, usually on the waist, or tummy part. they are pretty as it breaks the monotony of prints and the bias (?) cut.
